Returns
We have a 30-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase as well as the order number associated with your purchase.
To start a return or exchange, simply visit our return portal and enter the email and order number associated with the item being returned. Please allow 1-2 business days for the processing of your return/exchange.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you wish to return an item for a refund please note all orders are subject to a $7 restocking fee.
Please note that when returning an item for a refund the refunded amount is the paid price not the catalog price. Meaning any item purchased at a discount or on sale will only be refunded the price of the item at the time of the purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and begin the return process immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please be sure to upload pictures of any damaged or incorrect items when going through the return process.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), These items can only be returned if the product has arrived damaged or defective.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
